Lenovo TAB 2 A8 Review

Lenovo TAB 2 A8 is a mid level tablet device, coming with a great 64-bit Quad-Core processor speeding at 1300 megahertz, a good size 8-inches multi touch capacitive display, a 5 megapixels back camera and a 2 MP front camera. But let's get into some more details.

This tablet is just 0.35" thick, making its way into the thinnest tablet devices podium. This tablet is only 8.27 inches long, but it manages to hold a 8" screen. This device is a bit heavy for a tablet this size, weighting 11.64 oz. Lenovo only offers the Lenovo TAB 2 A8 in color black.

Lenovo ships this device with an exceptional 1.3 gigahertz Quad-Core 64 bits processor, included in the MediaTek MT8732 chip and only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little disappointing for a tablet device of this quality. Handling graphic intensive apps, this tablet also uses an ARM Mali-T760 MP2 GPU speeding at 416 MHz. The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 counts with aquite big 8 GB internal memory and an SD memory card expansion slot, allowing the user to store hundreds of apps and games without any problem.

The Lenovo TAB 2 A8 is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a 2 megapixels front camera. In addition, this portable tablet's camera also features geo tagging and auto-focus.
