Toshiba AT300 is a decently made tablet, with a really big 10.1-inches multi-touch screen, a high-tech 1.3 gigahertz Quad-Core processor, and two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 2 megapixels front camera.
This tablet comes with a high performance 1.3 gigahertz Quad-Core processing unit, included in a NVIDIA Tegra 3 chip and only 1000 MB RAM which is a little poor for such a great tablet. An interesting aspect of the Toshiba AT300 is its big 16 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card, enough to install a couple hundred apps and games without any problem.
This time, it seems like Toshiba forgot about weight optimization in this 20.81 ounces tablet device. This tablet is incredibly thin, with a thickness of just 0.35". The Toshiba AT300 just has 10.26" long, but it is still able to fit a a 10.1 inches display.
The Toshiba AT300 has a interesting 10.1-inches display with a 800 x 1280 resolution, making everything look quite nice. Its display uses TFT capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.
The Toshiba AT300 has Wi-Fi connection (although it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot). The Toshiba AT300 doesn't use a SIM card, because it doesn't work with GSM services.
This tablet is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front-facing camera. Additionally, the camera has flash.
This tablet also comes with a handful of useful features such as Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Navigation, and Accelerometer.
