Motorola XPRT is a decent quality device released some years ago, in 2011, coming with a processing unit ticking at 1000 megahertz, a 3.1 inches display and a 5 MP back facing camera.
Apparently Motorola didn't care about the weight at all, releasing it with a 5.1 ounces weight. This cellphone is quite thick for nowadays standards, with its 0.51" thickness. This device isn't a very compact cellphone, taking into account that it is 4.7" long, but it only packs a 3.1 inches display.
Motorola packed the Motorola XPRT with a good level 3.1-inches display, and a resolution of 480 x 320 , which makes all images and movies look quite nice. Its display uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multi touch gestures.
Motorola sells this cellphone with a TI OMAP3620 system chip, packing a good performance CPU running at 1000 megahertz with 512 MB of RAM. This phone comes with a 1 GB internal storage, a small amount that could be adequate for basic users having that it also has a slot for an external memory card to store songs, photos and videos and even some applications that allow external memory installation.
The Motorola XPRT includes wi-fi capability (which it can share with other devices around, as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G internet connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS, EV-DO A and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card for GSM carriers and it can connect using both CDMA and GSM networks.
This phone only features a 5 megapixels back side camera. The Motorola XPRT can also shoot videos in 720x480 at 30 frames per second. In addition, the camera has auto-focus and flash.
This cellphone uses a 1860 mAh medium sized Li-Ion removable battery that can keep it running for some hours, although you will find yourself looking for a place to charge it if you use it heavily. According to Motorola, this phone has an estimated 380 hs stand by time and a 9 hours talk time.
The Motorola XPRT also includes some interesting features such as Bluetooth (2.1, EDR) and GPS Navigation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This cellphone is priced around 200 dollars, not cheap for comparing with other similar devices.
