OPPO R9s Review

OPPO R9s is a high-end Android cellphone released back in the year 2016, having a very powerful Octa-Core CPU ticking at 2 gigahertz, an enormous 5.5 inches screen, and 2 cameras, a 16 megapixels back camera and a 16 megapixels front camera. That's all? No, it's only the tip of the iceberg.

This device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 8953 chip, backed up by an exceptional Octa-Core processor running at 2 GHz and a big 4 GB of RAM. A key advantage of the OPPO R9s is its 64 GB large internal storage and a slot for external memory cards, allowing the user to store tons of apps, games, photos and videos without having to worry about running out of space.

Whereas this cellphone only has 6.02" long, it is still able to fit a a 5.5 inches display. This device is very slim and practical, being just 0.26 inches thick. This cellphone is available in 2 color options, gold and pink. This cellphone is much lighter than what you would expect from a cellphone this size.

Oppo designed the OPPO R9s with an amazing 5.5-inches display, and a resolution of 1080 x 1920 (Full HD), which makes all images and videos look absolutely perfect.

This phone features two cameras, a 16 mega-pixels back side camera and a 16 MP front side camera. It is also able to shoot videos up to 3840x2160 (4K) at 30 frames per second.

This phone includes WiFi connectivity (although it can't provide it to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), LTE (4G) fast connection type and fast 3G connectivity, supported by HSPA technologies. This cellphone has two Nano SIM cards to be able to to use 2 different carriers or phone lines at the same time.

The OPPO R9s also comes with a few interesting characteristics as Fingerprint Identification, Bluetooth (4.1 ) and GPS, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This phone features a huge 3010 mAh Li - Polymer non-removable battery providing the OPPO R9s an extremely long battery duration. An issue to consider is that this cellphone's battery is not replaceable so you can't buy a new battery when it begins to have trouble holding its charge, even though with such a big battery you will probably replace this phone before that happens.

Oppo offers this phone for $ 410, which is expensive for this type of phone. This phone is probably the correct option if you want this phone to take many photos, are looking for a device to play games, are looking for a social phone or will use it as a work phone.
